Senior Account Manager – Construction Technology

Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to transition into the technology sector? This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Senior Delivery Professional to leverage their industry expertise in a client-facing role, helping some of the UK's leading contractors and developers maximize value from cutting-edge technology solutions. No previous technology-sector experience is required. Instead, we're looking for individuals with a strong understanding of construction delivery, stakeholder management, and project execution who are excited by the opportunity to influence industry transformation through technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.
• Identify and proactively create opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Monitor account performance, customer value, and engagement metrics to support revenue retention and growth objectives.
• Drive executive sponsorship and stakeholder engagement, ensuring customer goals, expectations, and business challenges are effectively addressed.
• Promote customer success stories internally and externally to support account expansion and broader marketing initiatives.
• Guide clients through organizational and process changes required to successfully implement new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to communicate customer feedback, insights, and requirements that contribute to ongoing product development and improvement.

About You

8+ years' experience within construction project delivery, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor, consultancy, or developer. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage at the executive level. Deep understanding of construction project management, operational processes, and industry challenges. Experience implementing or adopting new technologies within construction projects would be advantageous. Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
