Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and service of all staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure an effective and efficient service.
• Deliver all work to the highest safety standards with approved procedures, within budget, and appropriate timescales.
• Assist with scoping out and pricing work, interact with clients, and communicate progress.
• Focus on customer service with a “can do” attitude.
• Identify and report areas and procedures that fail to meet expected standards.
• Ensure appropriate risk assessments / method statements are in place for all work.
• Facilitate and chair project meetings and progress meetings.

About You

Project Management experience within engineering/construction projects, including demonstrable evidence of the application of project management processes. Previous experience of delivering projects of circa £1m in value, knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, budget monitoring, commercial awareness, and more.
