About the Opportunity

Location: Brighton or Southampton

Salary: £27,500pa

Enitial (proudly part of the HSL Compliance Group) is the UK’s leading provider of independent field monitoring, sampling, and environmental services. We work closely with major industrial, waste, and water utility companies, capturing vital environmental data nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage regional field schedules using in-house planning software.
  • Coordinate regional resource allocation and technician deployment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between management, clients, and field technicians.
  • Organize work requests and ensure technical project information is gathered and available to technicians.
  • Collaborate with laboratory contacts and clients to organize compliance documentation and sampling media.
  • Review and submit field data reports directly to clients and maintain data accuracy.
  • Contribute insights to operational reporting and service delivery improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional time management, multi-tasking abilities, and coordination skills. A strong understanding of contract delivery and operational efficiency is required.

Eligibility

Desirable (But Not Essential): Practical, hands-on experience or baseline knowledge of environmental monitoring, water utility operations, or field service activities.
