The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner Team, who supports Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the globe in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, is seeking an organized and driven individual to support global automation and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap, identify milestones, and establish timelines for WW DSP Payment Automation
  • Partner with BI/Tech partners to drive efficiency and innovation in payment operations
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and optimize global payment processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results
  • Analyze payment data and metrics to measure performance and ensure program goals are met
  • Own program goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive initiatives to completion
  • Embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and adapt quickly to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure every decision and program outcome enhances the DSP and end-customer experience

Eligibility

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating process improvement procedures
  • Experience working with customers and strong analytical skills
  • Excel, AI, and programming skills
