Strategic Project Director – Transition and Transformation

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic Programme Director with deep expertise in large, complex outsourcing environments and a proven ability to lead across the full bid-to-delivery lifecycle. DV clearance is essential for this role, alongside the capability to lead high-value, high-risk programmes across multiple clients and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and nuances of programmes
• Support Sales and Bid teams in securing successful business
• Lead the overall solution design, programme shaping, and case creation
• Ensure projects are appropriately constructed and delivered within expected timeframes
• Lead commercial elements of projects to drive the best commercial delivery option
• Record and deliver customer's quality expectations
• Ensure effective client engagement and stakeholder management

About You

Formal programme and project management accreditation, such as PRINCE2, MSP, or an equivalent recognized methodology, is required. You should have proven experience leading large, complex outsourcing or managed service programmes and strong technology-enabled change or IT services background. Current DV clearance is necessary.

Eligibility

Full-time/Permanent position located in South East. DV security clearance required.
