Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage training related projects across multiple brands and clients, ensuring both operational and financial excellence.
- Lead and manage budget planning for training programmes, including offer preparation, margin management, goal setting, milestone tracking, and overall project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating project activities, providing expert guidance, and ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction.
- Manage resource allocation for training initiatives and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and program activities.
- Present project updates, training results, and key insights to stakeholders and clients.
About You
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in training and development, continuing education, project management, or event management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and providing high quality support to external clients.
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain composed and professional in challenging situations.
