Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, deploy, and improve the University’s budget and business-planning software, Anaplan
  • Oversee training the campus on the use of the software
  • Lead all change management functions associated with the software through implementation and all subsequent updates

Eligibility

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field
  • At least three years of university Anaplan experience
  • At least one year of consulting with Anaplan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or relevant Professional Licensure
  • At least three years of higher education experience
  • At least three years of budget accounting experience
  • Workday experience
  • Anaplan Certification: Certified Model Builder

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, filters, charts, graphs, and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and University laws & regulations
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong accounting skillset
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures as well as applicable laws
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports
