Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Design Team as the operational lead for project coordination and delivery
• Manage briefing, timelines, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and installations
• Act as a key liaison between Visual Design, VM, wider business teams, and external partners
• Align ways of working with global frameworks and maintain clear communication and budgets
• Introduce efficiencies to support high-quality creative output

About You

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a clear interest in design or retail design, supported by relevant coordination or project experience.

Eligibility

Candidates should have experience in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
