Portfolio Manager, Records and Compliance

About the Opportunity

RTX Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Lead to join the Enterprise Services Business Solutions (ESBS) Organization. This role involves overseeing project management activities related to Records and Information Management (RIM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management activities including schedules, resource allocation, financials, and more
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owner and Business Relationship Manager
  • Assist with capital projects submittals and project prioritization
  • Develop materials to communicate project value delivery story
  • Travel approximately 20% within the US

About You

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • University Degree in Legal, Information Management, or related field with minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • OR Advanced Degree in related field with minimum 10 years of experience
  • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager
  • 7+ years of experience in Records Management
  • 5+ years of knowledge of Regulatory Requirements
  • 5+ years of Technical Expertise

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in government and/or large corporate/industrial environment
  • Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in aerospace and defense industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Location

This is a hybrid role and eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington, CT, Richardson, TX, Cedar Rapids, IA, or Tucson, AZ.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $157,200 - $298,800 USD, based on various factors including experience, location, and skills.
