What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading R&D and/or engineering development projects in complex, regulated environments with direct customer interaction
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand setting, balancing competing priorities while delivering impactful results
Strong leadership capability, with a collaborative and empowering approach to team development
Confidence working in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction and manage technical complexity
Established track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to launch, improving product and production performance
Excellent communication and influencing skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels
Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology (or equivalent experience)
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
Experience working within global, multicultural teams
