PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner

To be eligible for the PMI-ACP® credential, candidates must meet certain professional and academic criteria set by The Project Management Institute. The requirements depend on your education level, and are as follows:

• Secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED (general educational development), or global equivalent
• 24 months/2 years of agile experience within the last 5 years (a current PMP® satisfies this requirement but is not mandatory)
• 28 hours of training in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies. Candidates with a third-party certification or who have completed a GAC core project management course, are pre-approved to fulfill this requirement.

To earn your certification, start by completing the required course modules to build your foundational knowledge. Next, ensure you have the necessary work experience, as this is a key eligibility criterion. After that, submit your application to take the exam following the outlined procedures.

Get ready for the exam by studying the exam content and practising questions similar to those on the test.

Once you pass the exam, maintain your certification by meeting any continuing education or renewal requirements to stay current in the field.

Our preparation course costs €1200 and provides the learning hours necessary to qualify for the PMI-ACP® exam.
The PMI-ACP® exam and certification are managed by PMI, the US-based certification body. The exam fee is currently $435 for PMI members and $495 for non-members. This fee is paid directly to PMI.

The course fee covers access to all course materials through the Student Hub, live expert-led virtual sessions, temporary access to class recordings, and unlimited follow-up support from our Student Support team.

Online:
The classes take place online over three consecutive days (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). The instructor is a certified PMP practitioner with practical industry experience.
If you miss a session, do not worry—recordings of each class will be available for limited-time access in the Student Hub.

Classroom:
If you prefer in-person learning, you can attend classes on campus at the National College of Ireland (Dublin), where industry-expert lecturers lead the sessions. Please note, in-person classes are scheduled based on demand.
